It can help build harmony among elements and throughout a multi-page design. Knowing how to use your software tools to establish a grid will make sure your design gets off to a great start!

For this project, you will be designing a magazine spread using one of the provided topics. The project will focus on visual hierarchy, structure, grid alignment, and body text structure. Your magazine spread will be created using two 8”x10” facing pages and must fulfill the requirements noted in “Project Minimums” listed below. Ultimately, it should represent ONE story that flows across two pages.
